Cleaning House

It is currently 18 degrees here in Chicago.  The forecast calls for "light snow", but however "light" it may be, it is steady and doesn't appear to be stopping any time soon.  The Gift and I were driving to go pick up lunch for a friend when we drove by something so special.  I know it was a message direct from God, because it touched me so.  I almost cried.  What was it that I saw from my passenger seat you ask?  What was the miraculous message practically gift-wrapped for me?  Driving under the viaduct, I witnessed a homeless man with a broom sweeping snow and tidying up his area.  "His area" consisted of a large pallet for a bed and some bags.  The message(s) I received?  Take care of home- wherever home is.  Be grateful for what you have.  Take care of what you have, no matter how little it is.  I hear You Lord, I hear You.
